Pricing For Corporate Accounting Services:
Corporate Compliance Service = Base Package + Preparation
Base Package Compliance: $2,000 +HST/fiscal year
- Recociliation, Variance Analysis
- T2 Tax Return E-Filed
- Compilation Financial Statements
- HST Filing, T5-Slip Summary for Owners
Preparation Fee:
- Client Supplied Reconciled Bookkeeping, $0.00+HST/trans*
- Complete Digital Submission (pdf,csv), $0.75+HST/trans
- Paper or Mixed Submission (csv,files,pdf), $1.00+HST/trans
Bookkeeping Services: $1.25+HST/trans
- Full Service Bookkeeping in your QuickBooks (QBD/QBO) system or Summary Audit-Trail Prepared as required, including Payroll support (monthly/qtrly/annually)
Audit Support Services: $75.00+HST/hr
*Transactions (trans) are entries to be accounted for (bank statement transaction, credit card transaction, sales number entry, payroll journal). i.e., a company with 10 bank entries per month, 5 credit card entries per month, 5 sales per month, and 5 receipts per month would expect 300 transactions per year, or between $225+HST and $375+HST for preparation.
Personal tax & coaching
Need to file your personal taxes, COULDN'T BE EASIER! Unlike most tax providers, we don't make you choose between online e-service and expertise. With our online portal you can submit your personal taxes to us to perpare professionally from the comfort of your home, at prices that our peers cannot compete with. WE'LL HELP YOU GET UP TO DATE!

Basic T1 Personal Tax Return: $180.00 incl Tax
- $20 discount for all-digital, portal submitted returns
- All slips, forms, and submissions, except add-ons
+Add On - Any Proprietor Business Activity $195 incl Tax
+Add On - Any Rental Property Activity $195 incl Tax
+Add On - Any Claim of Employment Expense $70 Incl Tax
+Add On - Foreign Income/Asset Declaration $150 Incl Tax
+Add On - Trader Slips (T5008) $35 for 25 slips, Incl Tax
